Our History
The Nixon Family has been operating in Webster Township for over 100 years, starting with a livestock operation, and branching out through the years with produce and a corn maze. The farmstead is made up of 330 acres that have been dedicated to the Ann Arbor Green Belt Preservation Program. The tradition continues today with Ryan and his children.
The livestock part of the farm is no longer in operation, but we continue to work the soil we love so much, with a focus on corn, soybeans, and pumpkins. We look forward to seeing you at the farm!

Our mission is to serve the Dexter community and surrounding area with endless fall festivities while connecting and engaging the community members with local agriculture.

What People Are Saying
“This is our annual fall tradition. Perfect for my 5 and 3-year olds. I’d say it’s great for kids up to about age 10. In addition to the actual corn maze (be sure to use the map if you don’t want to take too long in there), there’s lots of other activities. Little barrel ride tractor pull, animals to see…make sure to find the pigs, sheep, and cow in the covered barn. Giant hay bale mountain and slides. Big tricycles to race. And of course great donuts and good meals.”

“My fiancé and I visited on a Friday, right as they opened. We could not have picked a better day and time. Very friendly staff. And I mean VERY. We enjoyed the corn blasting, the games, slides, animals, and a scenic hayride. Wasn’t crowded at all which made the maze even cooler. They have 3 exits, so its perfect if you have little ones. Cider slushies were amazing as well as the donuts and apple. Definitely returning for the maze alone. Great experience”
